i think u extract the raw meta data and then inject it into another map or re build a map and put the .meta file in the rebuild thing

and ive tested, you can rebuild Halo PC maps

Doesn't even open any XB Halo maps for me... says they're not Halo Maps. Wonder if this is only compatable with the PC version, regardless of what the readme says?

An indice is a point where lines meet up in a mesh.
map rebuiling IS ready in the current version. You just have to know what you are doing.

Yep, strait from the X partition (cache000.map) doesn't work, nor do those uncompressed with Halo Map Expander. Wierd, maybe something I'm doing wrong.
EDIT: ODB, could you tell us, exactly, how we can do it? Or pointers to learn how?
EDIT AGAIN: Nevermind, found the topic here on correct rebuilding.

im sorry, i understand rebuilding works, somewhat, but as far as i know it doesnt work for xbox maps, am i correct or doing something wrong? thanks

just saw the x-partion part, so i assume your talking about xbox maps.. lol
how do you do it? i have read the part on correct rebuilding and i just get an arithmatic error
