This Topic Should End This Problem
« on: June 01, 2005, 10:44:00 PM »

Straight out question:

Do you delete the Data and Models folder or don't you? Y/N
If so the fine
but if not then
I want to know what he means by this
"Delete all folders in 'root install folder'/DATA/MAPS (leave files)"

The pictue shows the files he says to delete.

I want to know exactly where those files are located.
Because telling me that they are here:
'root install folder'/DATA/MAPS
Tells me is that all those files he is telling you to delete are in the Root Install folder itself and that the Data and Models folder are in there among the rest of the stuff when all the other folders and files show up after running the IDE KILLER.

Just tell me the exact location of where the folders are that I need to delete without this kind of explinatiion Root Folder:/Data/models/

Be specific. if they are inside a folder then state the folder they are in.
If they are on oyur desktop then specify they are on your desk top.
If people keep answering me with this forward slash shit...Alls that is going to do is keep making me ask questions either that or I'll ignore it one of the 2
So right now I'm coming ouit and trying to end this.

And to end the question on this...This may be specific but I have made it perfectly clear how I see this. And if that means that I'm stupid well then I guess I'm stupid.
I don't care. and I dont care who sees it...I have already stated that I can't follow this Forward slash shit.

ALso as for people telling me I need to figure stuff out on my own.
That has nothing to do with how I see something.. I did figure this out on my own...But for some reason it's wrong....and I have no idea why.
It's not that I can't read or undrestand it....I just read it and told it how I saw it..
And if this is basic computer knowledge then I guess I don't have any.

Again I just told it how I see it.
I don't know....You tell me.

Root Folder/Data/maps/ IS your specific answer.
take your head out of your ass and pay attention.
