Unreal Championship Modding?

Can I mod unreal championship?

I'd like to add some maps and change the announcer audio to the evil announcer from unreal tournament 2004 (pc) I'm not new to unreal tournament modding or its series but I'm unsure if theres a way to mod it on the xbox
