Acronym Explaination

I hope this is not offending any of the mods or higher ups but would someone please tell me what all these "ygpm lmk pm and other acronyms mean? sorry I can figure out a few but Im lost on alot of them. also if this is the wrong forum channel please advise and steer me in the right direction. as always thanks in advance.

i saw today that m$ is considering paying people to start searching with their engine rather than the competition

seems crazy to me, but until they do pay, i still use google
