The moderators of that forum can eaily miss a thread, or a post. they are unpaid, and act solely on a volunteer basis. They are not expected to catch everything. Only what they directly observe, or what is directly submitted to them. That's it. The forum has enough hiccups that can prevent new posts/threads from being the first thing someone sees when they connect. The software isn't infalable.
