Good Deal Or Not
« on: June 08, 2004, 08:42:00 PM »

I've got a friend that will trade me a Samsung for a Thomson + $20.
Is this a good deal or not?  <

Well what forum did it belong in?  Probably not the dump, it was a hardware modification question, and that's where it was put.  <

That's not a hardware modification question, it is only in the purist sense (but not enough to belong to that forum).
I say do it, depending on what you use your Xbox for.
Use it for XBMC/P ? Do it.
Use it for Game backups ? Do it.
Movies? Do it.

I would do it. Say your thomson dies eventually you'd be paying $80 instead of $20.
If you can spare the cash, then do it.

Yeah I realized after that second post I had a retard moment.  The drive works, I just modded the guys box for him two days ago and it worked perfectly then.  I think he just doesn't care.  <
