Can A Pc Drive Read Xbox Disks?

I want to back up my xbox games to dvd but I dont have a burner. My brother does but I cant always bring my xbox over to back up games.  Is there any program that will let me do this. Thanks

No you can't. Xbox games are in a different format which a pc can't recognize.

It would be a miracle if we had the means to read Xbox DVDs on PCs. Sorry to burst your bubble, but the only way to copy for backups is with ur xbox.

Your question kinda doesnt make sense. You say you cant backup your games cause you dont have a burner yet you want to know if your computers drive will read the discs.
If your computer could read the discs, you still wouldnt be able to burn them just copy them to your computer. If thats your intention then just connect your Xbox to your computer and ftp the files to it.
