Can You Mod Cars?

Is there any programs so i can make cars faster,lighter etc?

And no this is not for cheating...

Im a big Subaru fan and just wanna make my 22B even more grunty!!

its a great game ,more peeps should play this on xbc/kai cause halo2 is well gay now....
