Blood Patch For Gta Iii + Gta: Vice City

good morning

i have just the PAL version of the GTA double pack... and there is no blood

does anyone know how i can fix the problem?

i have just read, that if i change my default.xbe with a ntsc one, i can play with
blood

can anyone send me the default.xbe of GTA 3 + GTA vice city
