Custom Paint With Xbl

Hi,

I'm totaly new to Forza, but I would like to have my Custome Painted Car in XBL.
Can someone point me to a Tut / Howto.
What Software do I need.
The only thing I would like to do is painting my car, but also use it with XBL.
