Installing Xbmc With A Modded Box

i have full ftp access and a xenium chip in my box and i can't figure out how to install XBMC on it. i'm a noob, and can really use the help

Then install the XBMC folder to your E partition and edit your bios to boot XBMC first. What bios do you have?
