How Can You Define The Frequenzy Of Time Synchronization?

I have started turning the Xbox completely off when not in use, which has caused the clock to alway be January 1st 2002 when I enter XBMC. I have enabled time synchronization to the default IP address in XBMC but it doesn't seem to synchronize. Isn't there some way to force it to do so on startup of XBMC?

The default server address (207.46.130.100) recently moved, try changing it (to 192.43.244.18 for example).
