I have had a premodded PS2 pending since Dec. 23, 2004. Nearly two months have passed and I have heard nothing from you. The order was paid via USPS money order.
At the time I made the order, the PS2 mods were not in stock, but expected to arrive soon. About a week later, a newer, bolder statement was posted stating they were still not in stock and the ETA was unknown. Had this been the case from the beginning, I would have waited to place the order. As it stands, I'm out $270 with no system and no word as to when I'll get it or even if there are alternative offers.
Holding a customer's money for months at a time without filling the order, or at the very least, regular updates is a blatant disrespect to the customer and overall bad business practice.
It's unfortunate my first dealing with MCM has not been as successful as others, but I trust that you will look into this matter and respond with a satisfactory answer along the lines of an alternative offer or a refund.
