(Not sure why there is no 'edit' function to save double posting!!)  

Anyway, I have used the 'Englandthemetemplate' to test my theory of how it is all packed into .xpr format, and it works great. (Just re-pack all images with the usual method, all images must be named correctly and in the same folder, to check names I recommend using the EnglandThemeTemplate for reference).

But I still have made no blades as yet, maybe someone can give me a pointer? (I'd use trial and error by modding the England theme, but feel I will go overboard on the design then could lose all the work inputted).  

If I take the blades in the England pack and paint over them in my own design would the blades keep their original proportions if I were to go outside the current designs borders?
I'm tearing my hair out on this one, I may just take the plunge and see what happens if I stay in the borders and again outside the borders.
