When formatting a new HDD, how long does the X:\ drive normally take? It's been roughly 2 hours now without any change. The C:\ and E:\ were pretty quick whereas the F:\ was a little slower (probably because it receives a much larger partition?). I'm using a Toshiba MK6025GAS 60gb drive.

It takes seconds. Reboot and start again. If that doesn't work, try reformatting the disk in your PC then have another go.
