Sounds like a solder problem like I had with my bioxx. What was happening was the wire that attaches to that small point on the motherboard not the LPC points, was not soldered properly. When the machine heated up it eventually started to loosen and would just randomly lock up then on reboot it would red/green flash. After I checked the point it was still connected but loose like only a bit of the solder was connected to the point. I just removed it and resoldered it back now I am running fine.
