Hi.
       I'm trying to load the Xbox Debug bios, on a V1.1 Xbox but am having little luck, I was hoping someone could point out what steps I may have overlooked.

I acquired the Xbox XDK files, and I uploaded these files to my C drive,



as well as uploading the following Pheonix BIOS loader files/debug BIOS to C,




I uploaded these files to my E drive,

I have tried these BIOS, as well as 5 others all to the same result. The screen flashes green for a split second, then goes black.

If anyone sees what I'm doing wrong, or has any suggestions please let me know, I'm stumped
