People in one of the softmodding forums or even Newbie Chat would be able to help you best. (softmods don't have BIOSes)

First of all this is in the wrong section but if the gamesave you used to mod the xbox is still on the HD you can boot the game (mech assault, splinter cell, 007) and re softmod or just FTP the dashboard files back if you have them in your PC but you probably don't. Hope this helps.
