Flashing From Linux
« on: May 20, 2004, 01:42:00 PM »

so I was trying to update from autoslayers yesterday to xdisk, and i stupidly flashed my bios to the cromwell 'clean' linux 2.26.. i can't figure out how to flash my bios back to the x2 498x bios.. it seems like i need some sort of script to go with my bios disk to flash it?  i'm not sure,  xdisk will not run on it and neither will just popping in the regular bios disk..

is there a way for me to reflash it without buying the programmer?  i have the 2.2 lite
  • with autoslayers stuff in the c disk, but i just need the bios to boot back to that..

any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.. i'm kinda lost for ideas
