How Do You....

How do you change the size of one of the files within a downloaded rom.  I mean the zipped archive.  I am trying to get this goddamned Metal Slug 3 rom to work and all that is stopping me is ms3n_s1.rom is 128 KB.  My emulator FBA xxxPro 1.17 says it should be a 512KB file size.  Any help will be appreciated greatly.

Sounds like a bad rom. Check if MAME for PC will run it.

I've downloaded this rom from several places.  I can't find one that differs from the one I have now  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grr.gif)
