I found the files I think, but they make no sence. How do I install XBMC?

I'm assuming you have a file like XBMC-T3CH-12-2-05.zip or something similar to that. All you have to do is unzip the file into a folder on your desktop, call it like XBMC or whatever you want, then simply FTP that folder onto your Xbox into either E:\Apps or F:\Apps, depending on the setup of your box.

no, I searched google, and got the "Source code" or something like that, But where can I get THIS? The ususal places?

no, to get this you must do the mirc thing, and when u get the pass and all keep on reading. there should be some other stuff about XBMP and XBMC it'll give you the pass, user name, and place to get them using flashfxp.

http://dwl.xbox-scene.com/~xbox/xbox-scene.../XBINS-TIRC.rar use this to get on xbins but when the window comes up that has distribution.xbins.org and such you must change it to the xbmc server. all the info is on the xbins page.
