Finally Quicktime In Xbmp

Updated codecs.conf. Yesterday's build was a bit premature, so todays should
fix whatever was broken in that. CVS Notes:

- id3v2 tag support & quicktime 6 video support (sorry no audio yet)

- support for theora vp3 (www.xiph.org)

- added aac, vp3, h264, nuppelvideo, fli. Fixed mpeg1/2

Ok this is odd, for quicktime video I get sound but no picture.... shouldn't it be the other way around? :-)
