Can't Run Skin Editor

Hey!

I've been editing some skins manually and I thought it would be fun to try the XBMC Skin Editor.  Unfortunately, I can't get it to run.  What are the requirements for this editor?

The error I get is:  "Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application."
