I noticed that slayers is a .torrent download.   Is it safe to use bit torrent?  Is there a chance this could contain spyware?  I would rather find a .rar

Any suggestions?

There is a hacked version of slayers around that formats your hard drive so be careful and only download from trusted spots like Xbins and The Slayers Irc channel

Xbins is where I found the .torrent file.  

Is there a slayers autoinstaller.rar  somewhere else on xbins?

no, xbins will not host slayers due to its size (bandwidth issues) if you got a .torrent from xbins you can trust it


and yes, you need a bit torrent client, just google for ABC (yet another bit torrent client) its a good one

im downlaoding it @ the the mo ,
from xbin torrent using shareaza its 106mb .exe file
is this  right i thought it would be an iso?

probably a self extracting file.


none the less.  We do not talk about file downloading on this site.  This topic is a touchy subject so I will close it just in case.
