1) I just downloaded Slayer v2.5 and there is a file in there called "SlaYer's EvoX Auto-Installer v2.5FINAL" is this the file that i need to burn onto a CD?
2) I can't open the "SlaYer's EvoX Auto-Installer v2.5 Instructions" file, is there any important info in there that I can't get out of the tutorials?
3) Do the BIOS boot "evoxdash.xbe" or 'default.xbe"?
4) Do I need to extract the BIOS out of the ISO because I can see 23 different BIOS'?
5)Which BIOS should I install into my Xecuter 2.3B Lite Chip?

Well I can answer 1, 4, and 5:

1)Yes this is the file.  Just use Nero to burn it as an image and you are good to go.

4) Don't worry about the bios that come with slayer's. Get the new 4982 bios from the usual places

2.)  Download the newest adobe acrobat v6.0.  I had the same prob, it won't open w/ an older version.

Will the "X2_4977_FC_BluePurple_R_256k.bin" BIOS work?

You should really try to track down a newer bios...  the 4977 doesn't work with all XBoxes if I remember correctly..  I use 4981, and 4982 is out now...

I found a version 4983, I am not sure if it is official or not.

Edit: It is official, just a bug fix.
