How Do You Change From 1.03 To 1.04

In regards to  upgrading from 1.03 to 1.04 change to another skin like pm3 delete the mc360 folder and replace with the new one. make sure you are using the latest xbmc

Do you not know where to download it at all?  I think they forgot to change the skin info to say 1.04 instead of 1.03 (I know they forgot in SVN at least, and I would assume the posted download is the same deal).  So, as a result, it still pops up saying you need to update, even though in reality you have the newest one.  So, that might be your problem...
