How To Use Irc

Hi,

I am trying to connect to #xbins, but everytime I try and get in, i am kicked by 'chanserv' and told that its a restricted channel. whats the deal?

please help and if u can point me to a tutorial to use IRC to get files then that'd be great too, thanks

learn to cut and paste cant talk bout that here. there is intructions on how to get on

i occaisonly got kicked in the general chat one cos i was doing the wrong stuff, but otherwise, its was great

To get a file command "/msg "name of bot" xdcc send #"pack number"

To see what a certain bot has to offer "/ctcp "name of bot" xdcc list"

A good website to search for things to download is www. packetnews .com  give it a try its great!
