i have used the ultimate boot disk to install a new hdd.i used avaluanch to update myxbmc,when the swedish loading screen pops up,it seems to freeze there.i have edited thexml and placed both xbe and xml in my c folder..it should be default.xbe right.i also noticed that evox.xbe is in thec folder to.when i delete that it doesnt seem to boot anything.anybody know what i am talking about

You placed which xbe on C:? XBMC Default.xbe
Leave Evox.xbe where it is. Copy the shortcut file came with xbmc to C: and rename it to something your bios can boot (xboxdash.xbe in my case)
Copy XBMC folder to e:/APPS and leave the default.xbe in the xbmc folder.
thats the way and now your box should be boot xbmc as your dash.
Normal you don´t have to edit any xml file to boot xbmc.
