Yeah, XBMC has a web server built in. It's mostly used for remote control access.

The T3CH builds include a sample "web" folder. If you enable the server system via XBMC's settings menus, then you can access it by pointing your web browser at the console's IP.

I dunno how effective it'd be as a more conventional web server. The X-Box doesn't have much in the way of RAM, and there's no way you'd be able to get PHP services up and running.
