I rebooted and it worked with the default pm3 skin.  I tried switching to the mc360 skin again but the same thing happened.  My guess is the mc360 skin is no longer supported.  Can anyone else confirm this?

Less than 24 hours later a "PROPER" version showed up and wiped my troubles away.
