Can't Get Proper Info For A Show

I recently upgraded to the T3CH rev13851 XBMC, and now I'm having a weird problem.  I was updating all of my TV shows and everything was going smoothly until I got to the show Shin Chan.  I used thetvdb for all the shows, but when I tried to get info for Shin Chan, it couldn't find anything.  I checked thetvdb and it is listed there, and I tried using the title listed on the site but it still couldn't find it.  I tried all the other sites for info but they aren't complete enough to use in library mode.  Any ideas why it isn't working?
