you will need at least The 10-29 CVS Build ... an earlier version won't work

Just delete the XBMC folder off your HD then delete the XBMC gamesave.  Now FTP XBMC back onto your HD in the same directory. Done.  smile.gif

Whats this jazz about not needing your PC for XBMC Kai in the newest CVS buld of XBMC?  The way I read it yesterday on the main x-s site was, that if you have a linksys wrt54g router, which i have, you dont need a pc?   Can you get the Kai engine to run on the router?  Anyone know anything about this?

i would say that 99% of the people do not have that router, so the jizzel is for them....

And for running the engine on the router:

Maybe http://www.teamxlink.co.uk is a good start...

QUOTE (MikeByu @ Nov 11 2004, 08:13 PM)
Sorry I didnt even think about it. I understand, but I also don't. How the heck do you release a media player for xbox, but not provide the program? How is prividing the program any worse than writing it?

Its not exepct for the fact that XBMC is compiled with XDK.   Read up on the XDK here on X-S and you will find the answers to your question.  When the openXDK (an open source version of XDK) becomes good enough to complie XBMC then they can distribute the file legally.

We never have, and never will, release any binaries for the xbox!

Opensdk will likly never be able to compile xbmc so....
