Mac Software For Creating Skins

I want to put my graphic design degree to good use and create some awsome skins for XBMC (and others). I currently use Photoshop CS and Illustrator 10 to create the graphics, but I was wondering if there is any other software I need to complete a new skin.

N.B. I use a mac running 10.3.3
