Broken Up Audio Playback In Feb 12?

Anyone else getting their audio all broken up in the Feb 12th release?

XBMP and the 1-15-04 release are both having no trouble with the audio stored on the XBOX hard drive (WAV files) but 2-12 is experiencing break-ups. Every song has dropouts or breaks in the sound.

Any ideas?
