Can Xbmc Play .nuv Files?

I've never actually tried it, but I don't believe it can.  The nuv files are wrappers around the actual raw video streams.  I'm fairly certain you have to convert them to another format as described here in order for them to work.

Whoops, my mistake.  It does work!!!  But I'm using a WinTV250 card which records into MPEG2 video by a hardware encoder.  If you use one of the software codecs it may not work, but would be worth a try.

I'm gonna set up a samba server on it and make myself a quick and dirty mythfrontend just for playing back the shows.
