3d File Format

Very good tools are available for the original xbox here.But i wasnt able to find a 3d file viewer/editor/converter.As I know,there are mainly 2 formats: .cat and .mot.
 In mikshape,there is a way to import .mot files,but its not for xbox version files and gives an error message at the beginning.I wasnt able to find something for the .cat too.
 Anyone knows is there any plug-in for milkshape,3ds max or other?Or does anyone know a stand-alone app that does the same?Thanks,any info will help.
