I am getting ok speeds, but getting the list is slow..
   -using flashfxp, no antivirus or aftermarket firewall
   -once i get the list of a directory, if i leave then come back to it, its fast, only getting the list the first time
   -tried clearing the xbox cache, confirmed passv is not active
   -i thought i solved the problem by deleteing the cache files on drive e.  the problem was fixed for one series of uploads, then it returned.  
   -i used to have good speeds, this is a recent problem.

here is some of the log from flash fxp of 2 files being deleted.. notice the list command take over 5s, everything else is super fast
