is there a pc program to change the image/icon of the .xbe file for games/emulators?

i am currently using uix and evolutionx as dashboards and would like to know how to chnage the image/icon that is in the .xbe fle.

its been a few days ... its pretty safe to BUMP.

anways, just to reiterate what i am looking for ... i am just looking for a program to help me change the .xbx (i think) image that is stored inside the .xbe files.
