.iso Extraction Program That Works?

Hello there, I am looking for a utility that will help me turn an xiso into a folder that I can simply ftp to a directory on the xbox and it will be usable.  I have tried a few(craxtion, xiso xfer, etc.)  and everytime I try and extract and iso it is full of bin files and what not.  Is there a windows program that will take and iso and turn it into usable material?  Or do I have to buy a dvd burner and rip coasters?

I tried that program, same problem as before, the extraction process ends up leaving me with a folder full of stuff that half works but ends up with an error causing me to reboot the box...

Problem fixed, wasn't the extraction process, it was the iso.
