need more info,
were you jtagged or is your dvd firmware modified?  

If jtagged
what was your jtagged kernel before updating?


if dvd firmware was modified then what version of dvd firmware are you running.
and do you know what kernel you updated from?

I'd guess it's because you have a spoofed drive. Is the drive the original factory drive for the console?
