How do I turn subtitles on in this game?! I am deaf, and when I'm playing campaign mode with my husband, he has to get my attention and sign to me what the characters are saying. This makes the game difficult as all I can see is mission objectives by pausing the game, and am missing the dialogue between characters about what to do next.

Am I missing an obvious setting here? Thank you.

- Click Start before going into a mission
- Move over to the Settings tab
- Go down to Screen Settings
- Select Subtitles
- Select "On" and you're ready to go

It's kind of stupid that subtitles are only displayed during cutscenes, though.

Unfortunately, that only works in cutscenes. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Unfortunately you are SOL. I am hard of hearing and find that aspect of halo very frustrating. Nothing can be done about it though
