What Is The Best Bios To Put On This Chip

I'm not asking where to get the BIOS. I would just appreciate people to recommend the best BIOS to use for this chip. In case i'm wording this incorrectly, you go to launch menu then there they are the BIOS, and you choose which to boot with.
All the new games i backup just don't work anymore.
 Any help will be appreciated.
