Anyone That Can Fix This?
« on: January 15, 2008, 04:20:00 PM »

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/uhh.gif) Ok so i was doing the mod myself and i started removing the eproxy with a hot gun and then i left to go on a date. my little cuz thought he could do it and evedently he used the razor to cut into the proxy he didnt even use the heat gun that i started with thus all of the scratching. but im looking for someone who can reasonabley repair the drive and solder the passkey for less than $85 Being Shipped with just the drive, also i can through in  a Blank memorex DL disk or aXbox live arcade disk? either ways please pm heres pics

On the last picture the slot inside that chip can still have another leg put intoplace and soldered its just a matter of getting a wire there and soldering that part as a fix.

please let me know you can fix this. And do the passkey.

Please note i didnt do this my little 16 cuz did this. i just really want it fixed. or a drive that could just read and snap in place but i heard theres somethign with a drive key so.... idk. this is just beyond my repair skills. i know now not to let my cuz try any thing with xbox ever again.
