Virus Found But Cant Remove It

I keep getting a warning from AVI anti-virus that I have the virus Trojan horse PSW.Briss.A but whenever I run a complete system check for a virus it comes up with nothing, anyone know whats going on? Thanks

I would cross check your system with another scaner, there is the free online scan from Trend Micro that I would recomend.
