Download a virgin HD from the usual places to replace your C drive. But, keep the backup directory and your evox.ini and EvolutionX dash file.

Ooooh Raahh Devil dog.
I would try this: make sure that your bios can either boot from yboxdash.xbe or from the e:/f: drives. Then use boXplorer and open the d: drive which will have your disc with the update (NFL 2k3) and open the update file and the rest should be automatic.

Another good point. Yeah, make sure your MS dashboard is xboxdash.xbe

krazyK, just for clarification, when you say that to see if it can boot from the E: or F: drives, do you mean to edit the evox.ini file to look at either of those drives for the msdash and then copy the xboxdash there through ftp? I'm sorry if this has already been explained elsewhere, if so then you can always just point me there.

Go to the bios section on xbox-scene and check and see if your bios will boot to yboxdash, evoxdash, and or from the e: or f: drives.
