hey i see u telling me to go to "#a-shock on EFNET"

sorry if this is a noob question but im kinda new to irc and can someone tell me the actual server?? like irc.efnet.com or whatever it is coz i dont understand "on EFNET"

any EFNET server, i like efnet.vuurwerk.nl (port 6667) when im not using BNC
