Title: 2 New Psx Skins (hq Hd)

These are my 2 new PCSXBOX higher quality HD skins (Using Gilou's HD sprite trick system).
As such, they can only come with one setup as a side effect of using large sprites as backgrounds.

Many thanks to Bigby for another top job compressing the music track, cheers mate.

I like that title font and the psone lcd screen especially, nicely done.

I actually have one of those PsOnes and the lcd screen.  I really should hook it up while testing Pcsxbox v22.  However I've been relying on the trusty so far..
