Title: 128mb Xbox Ugrade Emu Questions

As the topic states, I have decided to upgrade one of my xboxes to 128mb. Everything went OK and xbmc reports 106mb free memory.

First, My specs:

1.4 xbox
Xenium blue flashed with cromwell/M8/X2 5035 (my primary bios).

My issue is that I see no difference at all in any of the emu's that I have ran so far.

My Emu List:
CoinOps Ignite R2 (tried Elevator Action Returns with no difference from 64mb)
Surreal64 XXX CE B5.31 (tried GoldenEye with no difference that I could see)
MameoX128 Plus v20060505 (tried UMK3 and Elevator Action Returns with no difference)
MameoX v0.74.1b (tried UMK3 and Elevator Action Returns with no difference)

So I guess I have a few questions.

1) Do any of these emu's need to be patched or specially configured) to use the extra ram ?
2) Which emu (Mame or Coinops) is best for general arcade emulation in regards to utilizing 128mb ram?
3) Any other general advice regarding 128mb ram setups and emulators?

Oh, one more thing - Does UnleashX v0.39.0528 use the extra ram (for unzipping archives) or does it too need patching?

Most emus are already set up to recognize RAM upgrades. The 128 mame is obviously gonna see it, and there's a patcher program at the usual place.

Although, the processor is more of a bottleneck, so you generally don't see much difference by upgrading just the RAM.

Well, Thanks for taking the time to offer your input. That was a whole putt load of work for, what you have pretty much confirmed, almost no performance increase.

I don't have the proper equipment to upgrade the CPU and I really don't have the desire to pay 150+ to send it to china, so...

Oh well,

At least the upgrade was fun...  

Anybody want a board with 128mb ram?  

EDIT: That last line was a joke. I am not really selling the board...
