I felt like replaying some of the games from the old days, but the only ones that come into my mind are
Metal Slug for Final Burn Legends und R-TYPE for MAMEoX.
What else would you recommend me to get for these emus?
depends what types of games you like.
But I would suggest
Mega Man The Power Battles 1 and 2,
Simpsons Arcade Game,
Cadillacs and Dinosaurs,
Shock Troopers,
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,
Final Fight,
NBA Jam,
Alien Vs Predator,
After Burner,
Xmen,
Samurai Showdown,
Snow Bros.,
Dungeons and Dragons games are are pretty fun,
All the great fighters Street Fighter's, Mortal Kombat's, exc.
Then all the classics
Pac Man,
Dig Dug,
City Connection,
Tron,
Rampage,
Galaga,
Paperboy,
Gauntlet,
Golden Axe,
Donkey Kong,
Mario Bros.,
Joust,
Tempest,
Space Invaders,
Pong,
Robotron 2084,
Asteroids,
Defender......
The list really goes on and on, the arcade platform is the oldest gaming platform (1971- 2010) around and because of that there are hundreds of good games, some of them though, you had to be there for... and I will admit, having infinite quarters on the Emu's kind of takes away the thrill they once had, I play them with a quarter, when I used to go to arcades I would have around $5-10 dollars, so I try to keep that in mind lol
If you have some extra money lying around I would recommend this book,
http://www.amazon.com/Encyclopedia-Arcade-...5999&sr=1-3
It has nice pics and descriptions that could give you an idea of what to check out....
or you could download a MAME video preview pack somewhere and watch all the videos (as there only a few seconds long) and something might catch your eye ;-)
hope that was of some help!

You can try Coinops, a revamped version of Mameox with video previews and a nicer interface. And you can try Final Burn Legends for great emulation of CPS1, CPS2, Neo Geo games and other various arcade titles. It also has video preview, is skinnable, supports latest Mame romset and lots of other neat features.

I've been trying to get BP to put "Allowance Mode" in his arcade emu for years, and at one point I think he mentioned it was in there, but either it's turned off or I just can't figure out how to do it.
Basically, when you started the emulator under Allowance Mode, you'd be limited to a certain amount of money you set up before, and would not be able to change it, or turn it off, once you started playing a game.
I think it would be great if there was a feature where you knew you only had two bucks to beat a game like The Simpsons. My brothers and I got pretty bored of the game by the 5th level once you realize that you can continue a billion times plus infinity.
