Title: Xbox Roms Vs. Pc Roms

hello all. i have my emulators and roms tweaked perfectly on my xbox and LOVE them. i am trying to put emulators and roms on an old P3 PC that i had lying around and am wondering if i can use the same roms. i have the correct PC emulators ready to go, but got a weird screen when i tried to load one of the roms i pulled from the xbox. i thought the roms for each platform were all the same, it was just the emulators that run them differently. thanks!

it is a weird static-like screen. nothing discernible is on it... i might stick a low end dedicated video card in it, perhaps there isnt enough VRAM. it is a 950mhz P3, hoping it is enough to get this going. anyhow, my issue is in the setup, you have answered my ROM question. thanks!!
